CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that Life happens, if you must CANCEL or RESCHEDULE your appointment we respectfully request 48 hours notice. CANCELLATION OR MISSED appointment without 48 hours notice will result in a $100 charge, a non refundable deposit or we will no longer accept you as a new client. LATE ARRIVALS, please keep in mind that we maintain a full schedule for the entire day. Please call us and let us know if you are running behind so we can manage accordingly, we may not be able to guarantee your full treatment and may need to resched/ule your appointment for a later date. We ask that you arrive 10 mins in advance to your appointment to have you fully checked in. Any appointment booked less than 48 hours are CONFIRMED appointments and can not be rescheduled or cancelled. Failure to that, will result in new deposit.
