Q : How Can I Prepare Myself Prior To The Appointment?
A : Drink a minimum of 2 L of water throughout the day for later appointments and at least half a litre for morning appointments. We want to make sure you are hydrated prior to the treatment.
No alcohol for a minimum of 24 hours prior to your appointment, 48 hours ideal.
If you need coffee you need to drink a 1:1 ratio cups of coffee to water ratio.
Do not eat for 2 hours before your treatment and 1 hour after the treatment for best results.
Get a good night sleep the night before.
Wear comfortable clothing to the appointment when possible.
